Take part in Research!

By taking part in research you can help improve products and services. We often recruit respondents for focus groups, depth interviews (telephone and Face to Face), product testing, user experience testing (UX) or online research. We pay our respondents for taking part. Amounts typically vary between around £30 and £250 per event.

Once you have registered with us, you need to complete our registration form. We will then add you to our panel of participants. It's free and you decide if and when you take part. You can leave our panel at any time. If your details change, you can make those changes yourself by logging in and making the changes on the registration form.

You will receive a welcome email once you have registered, please check you spam/junk folder as sometimes it ends up where it shouldn't!

The reason we ask you to provide us with your details is to make sure we can match you up with the most relevant research studies available at any given time. Our clients are always interested in speaking to members of the public who are happy to share their views and opinions.

Once you have been added to our panel, we will contact you as soon as we have a suitable research project for you to take part in. We will usually contact you either via email or telephone. Before you are invited, you will need to answer a number of screening questions to make sure you are eligible to take part. Once we have established you match the study requirements, you will be sent clear instructions via email informing you where and when the study will take place and how much and how you will be paid. We pay all our participants incentives, which are often cash incentives paid on the day.

Your personal information will never be sold to third parties, nor will you be contacted for any reason by the client of the research study other than in relation to a specific study you have taken part in as a followup and only if you have agreed to be re-contacted!

Please note we cannot guarantee you will be offered research projects. If you do pass the screening criteria we might not be able to invite you to take part if we have filled the available spaces for that particular study by the time you have completed the screener questionnaire.

By registering as a panel member you agree to provide us with accurate information. You also agree to the following:

  • Answer screening questions accurately and truthfully and to the best of your ability

When taking part in research studies:

  • To provide truthful answers

  • Be polite and courteous and follow instructions from the researcher

  • Not being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Arrive on time and inform us in advance if you cannot make it (you might be turned away if arriving late and forfeit your incentive)

  • Not disclose any confidential information to third parties

We need to be able to contact you by email, phone and text (we often send text reminders the day before the research takes place), so will need to have your permission to do so. If you are under 16 we will need parental permission before we can add you to our panel.

Some of the research studies are being recorded on video or audio recorded to assist researchers with the study. These videos and audio are used solely for market research purposes and will not be shared with any other party.

All market research studies we offer are governed under the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct which can be found here: MRS Code of Conduct

Please note that by submitting the information you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. You might be asked to sign additional documentation relating to specific research studies.
